Who is Rose?
I am currently a sophomore majoring in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising and Strategic Communication. I recently transferred to Texas Tech University, where I now serve as the Public Relations and Advertising Director for Red Raider Racing. In this role, I create and manage media, oversee social content, and help shape the team’s public presence.
My passion for athletics and motorsports has always influenced the work I enjoy most. During my freshman year at Stephen F. Austin State University, I worked with the athletic department and quickly became a lead photographer. I assisted with photography, content creation, graphic design, and social media management while capturing the excitement of athletic events and helping tell the stories behind each team. This experience strengthened my skills in visual storytelling, communication, and digital media strategy.
Outside of athletics and motorsports, I have spent the past six years working with special needs students and staying active in my community. These experiences have taught me patience, leadership, and the importance of building meaningful connections.
I am excited to continue growing at Texas Tech and hope to pursue a career in sports or motorsports media, where I can combine creativity with the high-energy environments I love.
